POST-BURNER FOR ACCURATE FUMES CLEANING WHEN NECESSARY, FOR INCINERATOR OVEN MODEL ARDO
| This is a reservoir with 80 liter capacity made of iron with insulating layer on the outside, refractory coating and ceramic fiber insulation on the inside. The post-burner is installed on top of the incinerator furnace so that fumes flow through the reservoir to be scrubbed and cleaned. Inside the reservoir, a temperature of 700 degrees allows to scrub and clean the fumes. The post-burner is equipped with an automatic burner with flame control and electronic ignition, temperature sensor and cooling fan. |

| A wall-mounted control panel allows to turn on the burner, control and maintain the preset temperature by digital pyrometer, and start the cooling fan. Bfn76 burner with 70,000 kcal/h capacity. The post-burner must be turned on approx. 15 minutes before the incineration process, so that the internal chamber can achieve a temperature of 700 degrees. Finally, on top of the post-burner, a fume extraction hood can be installed or a fixed or flexible pipe connected to the outside. |
